National 4x Series sponsored by Hayes & Manitou

Pro Elite riders will be racing for the cash prize pot at each round with the series categories this year racing for a share of £10,000 worth of prizes.

Custom made Hope Trophies for the top 3 that will make an excellent addition to any trophy cabinet.

Random Start Gate

To even things up between the old bmx v mountain bike debate So more to do with riding skill then being quickest out the gate. This will also make good practice for all the guys going off to race world cups.

The First round will see the battle for title kick off with Scott Beaumont ROCKY MOUNTAIN, Martin Ogden, Lewis Lacey CHARGE BIKES and quite a few new young guns moving up to the pro class. Tom Dowie SPANK and Pat Campbell IDENTITI will be after the first round win on their local track.

Rd1 Sunday 20th April – Chicksands Bike

This is always the biggest race of the year and with a great atmosphere this one not to be missed for race ultra fast race action. The Beds Fat Trax club have extended the track and thrown in the challenge of a flat corner before the new finish line.

The National 4X Championship 18th May

Bridgnorth is the venue makes the ideal place with a big hill for fast following track, this track must hold the record for the most overtaking in any weekend with its big wide open corners and its massive 30ft step down jump all makes this excellent viewing for spectators.

Rd4&5 Redhill Gloustershire

The scene of the National Champs last year, this multi line track make for interesting racing and quire a few upsets in the racing. I have just got off the phone to Neal and he tells me that he is really looking forward to have us back to race at Redhill. “The track is being worked on now to improve it for this year with a new first corner being designed to improve the racing on this steep hillside.”

Rd6&7 UK Bike Park – Dorset.

New Venue. The guys down at UK Bike park are just in the final stages of completing this new purpose built 4X track. There will be running there own 4X series during the summer, which we will be supporting with nps start gate and air ram.

We expect there will be a good build up of riders during the summer which will bulster the entries for the final two rounds of the series.
